I am seeking a professional Office Manager for the office of Mel Malone - State Farm Agent to lead a highly experienced, knowledgeable, and customer focused team. Office Manager's mission statement is to; "Serve my team by ensuring our office and my team has everything necessary to meet customer needs on a daily basis." Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Adaption of skills necessary to operate a business.
